Side Hair Parts—The side part can be done on either the left or right side of the head. They are used to direct hair across the top of the head. The side part helps develop height on top and make thin hair appear fuller.
Parting the hair on a different side can also be a great change. Your scalp may actually be sore when you try to part it on a different side- and you may need to apply some styling product to get it to stay there.
